• Stay home if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, not otherwise associated with a pre-existing illness or allergies.

• All patients are required to read and sign our COVID-19 waiver prior to entering the clinic. 

• Masks are recommended for patients visiting the office.

  • Those who choose to not wear a mask will have a separate seating area, where they will be socially distanced.

• All staff are required to continue wearing masks and protective equipment until further notice.

• All staff are required to continue to implement current COVID-19 protocol.
